Terms

There is no minimum term and no notice period. Email us and we stop, including part-way through a programme — you pay for the visits that have happened and nothing else.

Prices are fixed for the calendar year and quoted per lawn after we have measured it. If we get the measurement wrong, that is our error and the price stands.

Payment is due within fourteen days of each visit. We do not take payment in advance for a year's programme, because a company that has already been paid has less reason to turn up in November.

We need access to the lawn: an unlocked gate, a code, or a key safe. If we cannot get in we will ring, rebook, and not charge you for the wasted visit — the first time.

Tell us about the dog. Not for our safety, for the dog's: we need to know to leave a card and to text you before we treat.

Treatments are safe once dry, normally about two hours. We will not treat in heavy rain, hard frost or high wind, because the product does not work and it drifts. If we postpone for weather it moves to the next available slot at no cost.

If a weed treatment has not cleared the weeds it was applied for within six weeks, we come back and treat again free. If moss control has not worked, the same.

What we cannot guarantee is a result that depends on things outside the treatment — a lawn mown at 15mm, or one under a mature beech, or one on 100mm of topsoil over builder's rubble. Where that is the case we will have told you at the first visit and put it in writing, so it is not a surprise in August.
